A4: This endoscope needfocus , this Observation distance is 4cm-5m ,you can find a the best clear distance on this range , generally is 7cm -15cm ! and please adjust led lights to max !

Q5: Does this endoscope if can be waterproof ?

A5: Yes , this is IP67 Waterproof , when you used on water , we suggest used waterproof cap would it more better

when you used on PC , please on the device change to endoscope camera , then can have picture !

For Android System :Scan the QR code and install APP , Then used endoscope connected cellphone and open the APP , it will shows picture .

Q7: Why can not working on PC ?

A7 : Please try change another USB port , and confrim download APP if is right .
